Our mission is to revolutionizing the way you snack by offering exotic, fun, and delicious natural tropical fruit snacks that not only tantalize your taste buds but also nourish your body. We participate in various events and festivals in the Bay Area to showcase and sell our products directly to customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Description:
As an Event Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage our booth at various events and festivals throughout the Bay Area, primarily on weekends. You will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales. Additionally, you will assist with light social media marketing and help with inventory management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booth Management and Sales:
o Set up and dismantle the booth at events and festivals.
o Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer questions.
o Demonstrate and sell products, achieving sales targets.
o Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
o Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized booth.
2. Customer Engagement:
o Build positive relationships with customers.
o Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team.
o Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for event attendees.
3. Social Media Marketing Assistance:
o Occasionally create and post content on our social media platforms.
o Share live updates from events to engage our online audience.
o Assist with developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
4. Inventory Management:
o Monitor and report inventory levels before and after events.
o Assist in organizing and restocking products as needed.
o Ensure accurate record-keeping of sold items and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations in the Bay Area.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Outdoor work environment at various festivals and events.
