****For an exemplary intern, ZiRu Life/ZiRu Dance will be open to H1B Sponsorship****
ZiRu Life/ZiRu Dance (Zirulife.org) is a nonprofit BIPOC cross cultural arts and educational company that is seeking a fully bi-lingual (Mandarin/English) recent college graduate (or soon to be graduate) to serve as an Executive Assistant Intern. You will receive a monthly stipend and the internship will last for at least 6 months.
ZiRu Life is expanding its cross-cultural programming between the U.S. and Asia. You will be joining us at an exciting time of expansion and will have the opportunity to work with a seasoned team, an established company in the area and will work directly with the Founder to support a number of projects. You will be joining a team of 15+ based in multiple countries.
You are:
REQUIRED:
Native Chinese Speaker and fully fluent in English.
Capable of translating documents and handling live translation during meetings
Proficient with Google Suite, basic graphic design and all social media channels in China
Able to work with our ZiRu Life team which is based in both the U.S., China and Taiwan (and to work hours which overlap with Asia business hours)
Highly driven and able to juggle several projects at once
Positive, capable, organized, self-starter and cheerful personality
Experience with education, business and tourism + a passion for the arts is a plus!
This position will also include a small amount of personal assistance for the Founder.
For the right candidate, ZiRu Life/ZiRu Dance will be open to discussing H1B Sponsorship. We have one PT and one FT internship positions available.

The core of our mission at ZiRu is the promotion of cross-cultural exchange, diversity appreciation and providing movement as a healing mechanism for society. Through the universal language of dance and movement, we have facilitated tours and collaborations between the United States and numerous nations since 2007. Our approach not only facilitates mutual understanding between U.S. and international participants, but also cultivates leadership and develops the capacity of aspiring young leaders to establish stronger relationships and lives abroad and here at home.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Stipend: $750.00-$1,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Some evening calls
Education: Soon to graduate or Bachelor's (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Menlo Park, CA 94025
